Hi,
is it possible to install let's encrypt certificate on a VPS with VestaCP/CentOS installation template installed?
How about DKIM (same VestaCP/CentOS template)?

Hello,
yes, it's definitely possible. As you have fully self-managed server it should be done by yourself or your hired Linux servers administrator.
