Higher-speed 'Internal' networking between time4vps VMs, unmetered internal bandwidth?

This is kind of a two-feature request, I was wondering if it would be possible to get something like a Gigabit-connected 'Internal IP address' for facilitating data movement between multiple T4V servers - preferably with that bandwidth (which doesn't leave T4V's network) not being counted against our usage
