New customer, but my IP is blocked


I signed up yesterday from the UK, but accidentally left the country set as Lithuania. Now, the only page I can reach says that verification is required.

If I login from another location it works fine. The forum says to log a ticket, but if I can't access the dashboard I can't do anything. I've emailed twice and forwarded a copy of my driver's licence as it was requested. I'd really like to test your service, but it hasnt been a great start. Is there anyone that can help?
